Who We Are

Message from the CEO
I want to welcome you to the Girl Scouts of the Desert Southwest website where you can learn more about the Girl Scout Leadership Development Experience. We are all about Girls and providing outcomes-based programs that give them the tools they need to succeed. Programs come and go but   Girl Scouting has served communities throughout    our country for nearly 100 years. With the help of dedicated community volunteers and role models, girls are learning to set and achieve their personal goals, and learning to make choices that will have a positive impact on their futures. For those   who are new to Girl Scouting, I hope this website inspires you to get involved, join our Girl Scout family and make a difference in the lives of girls in our community. For those who are already involved in Girl Scouts this website provides the resources you need to mentor and provide a quality leadership experience for girls. Whether in direct service or in a support role, we are all here to build girls of courage, confidence and character, who make the world a better place.
